Folic acid role in liver working

In human body LIVER is the main and big part that performs more operations in human body. In order to work properly liver needs 400 micro grams B9 vitamin i.e folic acid. In case of pregnant ladies it is 600 micrograms for a day. It is most important for baby for mind and back bone growth. It is also plays vital role in DNA and RNA structure. As per many researches it is decided that we can avoid algimars, heart related diseases if we take food that contain the above mentioned folic acid. Some of the foods I am mentioning down with how much b9 vitamin i.e folic acid they have.

In addition to these foods hyacinth bean, corn, sesame and soya also contains high level of folic acid. And at the same time keep remain that if we take folic acid more than 800 micro grams that leads to shortage in b12 vitamin which again disturbs the mind working system. So be careful.
