PRE AND POST ADVICES TO PREGNANT LADIES

Pregnant Ladies require more Nutrients as compared to normal ladies. For baby good health and growth in baby, mother needs double vitamins and high minerals. I want to suggest some ideas pregnant ladies some ideas which will help in good (normal and health) baby birth and also avoid body problems after delivery.

==> If you are already have a habit of dieting, please stop it as early as possible. Why because, normal lady requires 2100 calories for day. It should be more than 300 i.e 2400 calories in case of pregnant ladies. So chose your menu, which produce the require calories for you.

==> Daily drink at least 4 cups of milk and any two fruits. Eat all types of vegetables, especially calcium, vitamin D, iron, folic acid are very important (double as compared to regular food). Please try to get these minerals and vitamins naturally don’t go for medicine.

==>Try to reduce salt usage as much as possible. Don’t stop your daily works except if doctor advices you to take bed rest. By this you avoid back pain and motion problems. And also helps for good sleep. So many researches confirmed that less salt usage helps you in getting normal delivery and also fast recovery in your health after delivery.

==>In this pregnancy period normally all ladies get skin stretches. If you don’t want to get this stretches, apply OLIVE oil slowly and smoothly on stomach from the first month of your pregnancy. After delivery also do the same for 1-2 months (* only in case of normal delivery). Drink coconut water frequently. Try to add some clarified butter in daily food which acts as normal moisturizer.

==> If you are using hair coloring please stop that. If you feel that is unstoppable try to stop at least for first three crucial months. If you are using any lotions and creams please avoid them. Don’t go for heavy makeup.
